Competition
The promotion opens at 00:00 on 26 September 2026. There is no fixed closing date — the promotion will close once the first 1,000 eligible entrants have successfully completed all of the entry requirements and qualified for the prize draw (the “Promotion Period”).
The promoter is Plan Play Repeat Ltd, trading as Your Golf Planner, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17458324). You can contact the promoter at privacy@yourgolfplanner.com.
One winner will receive one TaylorMade QI4D driver (the “Prize”). The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative is offered.
To qualify for the prize draw, you must complete all three of the following during the Promotion Period:
There is no fixed closing date. Places in the prize draw are limited to the first 1,000 entrants who successfully complete all three entry requirements — the promotion closes once 1,000 eligible entrants have qualified. Completing the entry requirements after that point will not qualify you for the draw.
Please note that simply being one of the first 1,000 people to register a Your Golf Planner account does not qualify you for the draw. An account registration alone is not an entry — you must also tag a friend on the Instagram competition post and record two completed 18-hole rounds to be entered.
Eligibility for the draw is determined from Your Golf Planner’s actual recorded round data, not self-certification. Completed rounds are verified automatically from Your Golf Planner’s recorded round data — you do not need to tell us you have finished. A round counts only where the recorded round data shows a genuine completed round; incomplete, unplayed or manipulated entries will not qualify.
Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the end of the Promotion Period. The draw will be carried out using a verifiably random process.
The winner will be contacted via the email address registered to their Your Golf Planner account within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The Prize is non-transferable. The promoter will arrange delivery of the Prize to the winner’s nominated UK or Republic of Ireland address. Any applicable taxes or personal costs remain the winner’s responsibility.
The promoter may disqualify any entry where there is reasonable evidence of breach of these terms, dishonesty, manipulation of recorded round data, use of multiple accounts, or conduct that brings the promoter into disrepute. The promoter’s decision is final.
Personal data collected for this competition — your account details and recorded round data — is used to administer the competition, verify eligibility, contact the winner and arrange the Prize. It is handled in line with the Your Golf Planner privacy notice. The winner’s name may be announced on Your Golf Planner’s Instagram account; if you win and object to this, tell us when we contact you.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. You are providing your information to Plan Play Repeat Ltd, not to Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram from any responsibility in connection with this promotion.
The promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed or not completed because of technical issues or circumstances outside its reasonable control. If the promotion cannot run as planned for reasons outside the promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter may amend, suspend or cancel it and will notify entrants as soon as reasonably possible.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
