Your Golf Planner is operated by Plan Play Repeat Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17458324). Your Golf Planner helps you organise golf: events, invitations, tee sheets and results. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You must be 16 or over. Keep your login details private and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Use Your Golf Planner only to organise golf. Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access other people's data, or use the app to send unwanted messages. Only add contact details for people who would expect to hear from you about golf.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not post, send or share anything that is abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic or sexually explicit, or that is otherwise unlawful or objectionable, and you must not target another golfer with it.
Anything a golfer can write in Your Golf Planner — chat messages, photos, polls, names and notes — is covered by this. Content that breaks it may be removed without notice, and the account behind it may be suspended or terminated. Every golfer can report content and block another golfer from inside the app; reports are reviewed and acted on, normally within 24 hours.
Events, scores and notes you create remain yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the app can work for you and the people you invite.
Your Golf Planner is an early product provided as is. We may change or pause features, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free scoring. Always check official competition results with your club.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Questions: privacy@yourgolfplanner.com.
